I purchased this Restaurant because it has the best customer base of any Restaurant I have worked in the past, plus the recipes are a proven success. I like working in this industry because I like to make people feel good about the food they just put in their belly. The founder, who is a close personal friend of mine, really created a nice place to eat and I want to keep a good thing going. As long as these we keep putting out good food and these awesome customers keep supporting, we will be around a long time.
